SMS & Electronic Communications Policy

By providing your mobile number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Miami Valley Party Rentals, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These communications may include both transactional messages related to your rental order and, where applicable, marketing or promotional communications.

1. Consent to Text Messaging

  • You authorize us to send transactional SMS messages regarding quotes, contracts, confirmations, delivery updates, and pickup reminders.

  • You will only receive marketing or promotional text messages if you separately opt in.

2. Consent to Email Communications

  • By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and service-related emails necessary to process your order.

  • From time to time, we may also send promotional emails, offers, or updates about our services.

  • You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email or contacting us at info@miamivalleypartyrentals.com. Transactional messages will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.

3. Frequency of Messages

  • Typical SMS frequency is 4–6 transactional messages per rental order.

  • Marketing messages (if opted in) will be sent occasionally, and frequency may vary.

4. Opt-Out

  • You may opt out of SMS marketing or transactional updates at any time by replying STOP.

  • You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link.

  • You may also update your communication preferences by contacting info@miamivalleypartyrentals.com.

5. Message & Data Rates

  • Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

  • We are not responsible for fees billed by your carrier.

6. Privacy & Data Use

  • We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Phone numbers and email addresses are stored only to provide rental-related and, where opted-in, marketing communications.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, and Customer consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
